Pa'i'ai for da Opu

Last week we had the pleasure of experiencing the traditional process of turning Kalo into Poi. Under the direction of Mr. Daniel Anthony the students cleaned, cut and pounded the Kalo into Pa'i'ai (just add water and you have Poi). And after all our hard work we had some good grinds.
